I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Health Care, Optum, and Oxford  

Self-Pay Rates

• $500 for an initial 60-minute visit
• $325 for 55-minute appointments
• $300 for 40-minute appointments
• $200 for 20-minute appointments

Payment

I accept all major credit cards, HSA and FAS as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged $125.
